Tina was very knowledgeable abt the area and housing situation. She helped us with the selling of our house. It sold in 3 days. That was fantastic! We decided to purchase land. She worked with to find just the right property. She kept us informed and answered our many questions. Tina was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Tina was a sight for sore eyes after we had 4 real estate agents not doing their job! I was in Real Estate School while we were house hunting. She is professional, attentive and makes you feel like you’re her only client. Tina takes the time to build a relationship with you so she knows your needs and wants. She is right there by your side every step of the way! It’s very comforting. Tina has a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. She was even on vacation at the beach with her family and putting in offers and had a back up (Patty) doing showings! Quite impressive! Tina wins the Realtor of the Year Award! She is devoted and loves her profession makes it look so easy. She worked efficiently with the lender and sellers agent.It’s a hot sellers market. It’s very frustrating and exhausting buying a house. Tina made the process seem effortlessly. She’s seasoned and knowledgeable. We found the right house, at the right time, at the right price and right location with the right seller without getting into a bidding war!

We called Tina one day, and went to look at houses the next. By the afternoon we made an offer on a house. She knows her area, and knows what needs to be done to negotiate a sale. This is the second time we have had occasion to use Tina’s services, and obviously will call her again should the need arise. Tina provided us with excellent service.

Miss Tina was very nice and understanding . She was quick to respond to messages and helpful whenever I needed any information. I was a first time home buyer and i feel that she walked me through the process slowly and helped me understand the steps along the way.

Tina was recommended to me by a long time friend that had recently employed her, by long distance, to locate a prospective home here in the Douglasville area. He was very impressed by her listening skills and work ethic as well as her honesty. On this opinion, I also employed her in finding a new home for my faily, which she did according to our stated requirements. She is now employed to sell our previous home and I am confident she will perform just as well.

Tina is hands down the absolute best realtor. She goes above and beyond for her clients. If my husband and I wanted to put in a offer at a late time of day she was there to get the paperwork done. She was always just one phone call away. You’ll consider her family!
